Shipping Policy

We aim to have your order shipped out in 5 - 7 business days.  We carry most colours and widths in stock.  Feel free to Contact Us to confirm your colour is in stock.


UK STANDARD DELIVERY (2 - 3 working days):

- FREE for orders to UK over £45

- £3.00 for orders to UK under £45

We also offer Tracked & Signed delivery option which can be selected at Checkout.


EU & WORLDWIDE:

We offer shipping to countries outside of the UK.

- EU Tracked & Signed delivery (5 - 11 working days)

- Worldwide Tracked & Signed delivery (10 - 17 working days)

Please be aware your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Boop & Paws cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Your order may take a little longer to arrive once dispatched based on your country’s custom clearance.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided the item(s) are returned in an unused and original condition.

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged. Please see below for details.  All returns will be processed as a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online.  Please return your item(s) by post and place a new order.

Faulty Items

We ensure that all orders are protected from damage during the shipping process and are very disappointed on the rare occasion our customer receives a faulty item.

If you have identified a fault, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via email on hello@boopandpaws.com to discuss a replacement, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a replacement. When notified we will also make sure our other items are not affected.

We will cover the postage for standard return of the item(s) and postage of the replacement item(s).

If a fault develops outside of the 14-day return period, contact us via email, so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.
