When will my order be shipped?
All orders are made personally for you, unless otherwise agreed, we aim to have your order shipped out in 5-7 business days, or sooner. Whilst we carry most colours and widths in stock, there may be an occasion we have a shortfall and need to place a material order. Please feel free to message us to check if your preferred colour is in stock.
Is there tracking information for my order?
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, domestic and international packages have been taking longer than average to arrive to their destination. Tracked delivery is an option available for all items.
Can you ship Internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We offer shipping to countries outside of the UK. Your order may take a little longer to arrive once dispatched based on your country’s custom clearance.
Please be aware your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Boop & Paws cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Where is my order confirmation?
All order confirmations are automated on our website and should be received within a few moments of placing your order. If you have not received one, please check your junk/spam folder and move it to your inbox to continue receiving automated order processing emails from us.
Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely! Whilst all our items are made to order, we welcome any new design requests and we’re happy to work with you to create your masterpiece.
What size should I order?

What Is BioThane?
BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating and has a soft leather like look and feel. Available in many different colours, BioThane® is a great vegan leather substitute material with great benefits of being more durable, waterproof, stinkproof and easy to clean. It will never let you down on a wet muddy day.
Is BioThane Safe For Dogs?
BioThane will not harm dogs as BioThane are manufactured specifically for pets meaning they are not toxic. BioThane also follow regulatory guidelines including REACH, CPSIA 2008 and PROP 65 as seen here: BioThane Regulatory Overview.
How to care for your handmade products?
The life span of the product will very much vary depending upon each individual dog’s activity levels and the length of time wearing the product. To enable longevity of your product we recommend you regularly check the item for any wear and tear. If the product gets dirty, simply wipe clean with a cloth or wash in warm soapy water and then dry. Take extra care to thoroughly dry the hardware.
Are your product handmade?
Absolutely yes! All our dog collars, leads, harnesses and accessories are all made by hand here in our home-based London studio.
